Sublet Needed: May to July 2016 in Athens, GA

I need to find someone to take over my apartment lease in the summer from May to July 2016. The apartment complex is called 'The Park at Athens: Lakeside.' It's a two bedroom, one bath, fully furnished (includes bed and frame, dresser, built-in desk w/ chair, full mirror, ceiling fan in each room, couch, love seat, coffee stand, side stand, TV stand, high top eating table w/ 2 stools), hardwood floors, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer, and a private covered balcony. In addition, it is only 5 minutes from UGA, 9 minutes from Athens Technical College, with 4 bus stops in the apartment complex that will take you to and from UGA. There are 2 large swimming pools, tanning beds, two 24-hour fitness centers, a tennis court, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, clubhouses, lounges, locking bedrooms, and game rooms that is provided for you as a tenant. You'll also have a female roommate who attends school. She is super sweet, quiet, and respectful, and you won't have any problems with her. Please note that this apartment is student housing and is not intended for children.
